Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, visited Taj Mahal on Saturday as part of their week-long tour of India and Bhutan.
Just alike his late mother Princess Diana, Prince William posed in front of Taj Mahal along with his better half. Tourists weren't allowed to come close to the monument until the Royal Couple left the place. The bench were the Royal Couple sat down to pose for pictures was kept ready by sprinkling cold water just before their arrival because of the high temperatures.
During her visit to the monument in 1992, Princess Diana was photographed sitting alone on the bench. Even Today, This picture remains as one of the iconic moments of Diana.
Princess Diana died in a car crash on August 31st, 1997 while trying to escape from the shutterbugs.
