12 YCP MLAs receive Privilege Committee Notice

Assembly Privilege Committee notices were issued to 12 YSR Congress MLAs for disrupting the proceedings of the House during the Winter Session. All of these Legislators were asked to appear before the Privilege Committee on October 25th & 26th to offer their explanation.
List of YSR Congress MLAs who were served Privilege Committee Notice:
1) Kodali Nani, 2) Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, 3) Dadisetty Raja, 4) Korumutla Srinivasulu, 5) Chirla Jaggireddy, 6) Rachamallu Sivaprasadar Reddy, 7) Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, 8) Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, 9) Muthyala Nayudu, 10) Sunil Kumar, 11) Kiliveti Sanjeevaiah, 12) Kambala Jogulu.
YCP MLA YV Visweswar Reddy questioned how can notices be issued to lawmakers just for stalling the House. He made it clear the movement can't be stopped even if the entire Opposition was suspended from the House. He asked Speaker about the soft corner towards the 20 MLAs who defected to the ruling party. He pointed out that Jyothula Nehru, who has quit YCP, is still continuing in the privilege committee as a representative of opposition even after Jagan replaced him with Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy. He accused MLC Payyavula Keshav of making baseless allegations against Jagan for the sake of Cabinet berth.
