Congress President Rahul Gandhi led a midnight march to the India Gate on Thursday in protest against the Kathua and Unnao rape cases. Even Priyanka Gandhi & her husband Robert Vadra joined the march to demand justice.
At one point, Priyanka was miffed with few people in the crowd. Quickly, She expressed her anguish, 'Those who are here to push people must go home. Think about the cause for which we are all here. Now, Let's maintain calm and walk silently'.
Rahul Gandhi found fault with the silence of PM Narendra Modi over the rapes happening the country. He claims to have conducted candlelight vigil to protest the harassment of women.
8-Year-Old Asifa was kidnapped on January 10th by a group of men in Kathua. She was gang-raped for days upon offering sedatives and the accused include police officers.
