Tough Conditions in US Bill on H-1B Visa

According to Indian IT Body NASSCOM, The proposed US Bill 'Protect and Grow American Jobs' have some really tough conditions and unprecedented obligations on Indian IT Firms and their Clients relying on H-1B visas.
NASSCOM brought the concerns to the notice of US Administration, Congressmen and Senators. In the next few weeks, There is a possibility of having a dialogue over the proposed H-1B visa bill.
Trump Administration claimed it have come up with new Bill to prevent misuse of H-1B visas. Tough stand on Higher Minimum Wages and hiring of highly skilled is gonna be troublesome for Indian IT Companies. In addition, The US Bill proposes the new rule of making Clients responsible to certify that the Visa Holder isn't replacing an existing employee for a period of 5-6 years.
