The decision taken by the government to make a difference can be made possible if the public also takes an active part in implementing the decision. Without public participation, the government cannot do anything.
A similar situation prevailed in Andhra Pradesh. Despite the government headed by Chief Miniter YS Jagan Mohan Reddy taking all the steps to implement a liquor ban in the state in a phased manner, the public is not supporting the government's decision.
Going into details, three people who hail from the Kadapa district lost their lives after they allegedly consumed sanitizers. On the other hand, the same instant took place on Sunday in Prakasham district.
Ever since Jagan Mohan Reddy made it to the Chief Minister post he is not leaving any stone unturned to implement liquor ban step by step, be it bringing down the count of liquor stalls in the state and increasing the liquor prices.
The victims were forced to do so after they learned that sanitizers contain liquor and they reportedly though having sanitizers gives the same toxication as the liquor.
