Purandeswari Backs YCP's Capital Idea

Daggubati Purandeswari declared mistakes committed in the case of Hyderabad can't be repeated again when it comes to the AP Capital. She came in support of the idea 'decentralization of power' considered by the YCP Government.
During the Kadapa Tour, Purandeswari told: 'As the focus is only on Hyderabad in the past, Rest of the regions suffered a lot. All the regions should receive equal importance. Decentralization of power is the only way forward. Even Jagan wishes to do so and hence YCP Leaders have been sending that message. It's up to the State Government to decide how and where Capital has to be constructed. Centre won't interfere in this matter but it's not right to shift the capital after spending thousands of crores'.
The Former Union Minister recalled Centre offering Rs 50 crore for each Assembly Constituency in AP for the development works. She, however, alleges TDP Government has diverted the central funds.
Purandeswari exuded confidence that BJP emerges as a strong force in AP. She told her parent party Congress is in crisis at the moment. NTR's Daughter mocked Rahul Gandhi for quitting as Party President and Sonia Gandhi for taking the responsibility at such an age.
