Her fans were worried thinking the player might big goodbye to the sport. Her I RETIRE post on Twitter has a twist. In her post, she said she is out of Denmark Open.

"I have been thinking about coming clean with my feelings for a while now. I admit I have been struggling to deal with it. It just feels so wrong, you know. That's why I', writing today to tell you that I'm done. It's undertandable if you're shocked or confused but by the time you finish reading this you would have learnt about my point of view, and hopefully, will support it too," her note read.

In a series of notes she attached to her Tweet, PV Sindhu maintained that she is not a person who will give up on things easily. She will carry on with her spirit to continue fighting.

Her inspiring words are related to two things. Well, the first that is her omission from the Denmark Open, while the second thing is the ongoing pandemic.

"This pandemic has been an eye opener for me, I could train hard to fight the toughest opponent. I have done it before, I can do it again. But how do I defeat this invisible virus that has the entire world in a fix," she maintained.
