58 Cases Against Bandla Ganesh...Not Even 1 On Me!

Bandla Ganesh was arrested in connection with cheque bounce cases and sent to 14 days remand after producing him in Proddatur Court. Reacting on this development, Prasad V Potluri said: 'For Temper, We financed Rs 30 crore. Bandla Ganesh retuned Rs 23 crore but yet to pay the balance amount even after 5 years. So, We proceeded legally. 58 cheque bounce cases were filed against Bandla Ganesh. Not even a single cheque bounce case was filed against us till date. Ganesh borrowed money from hundreds of people. He should pay the balance amount to us with interest at any cost. Law will take its own course'.
Regarding the speculations that Ganesh is benami of Botsa Satyanarayana, PVP claimed to be unaware of any such connection between the two. He clarified, 'Botsa had never come in between Me and Ganesh'.
'Brahmotsavam' is like a nightmare for PVP who believes lack of having a bound script costed dearly. 'If a film fails, The career of Director gets affected and Producer suffers financially. While the Director teams up with another Producer for his next flick, There will be nobody to save the Producer. Coming to 'Brahmotsavam', Our Production House made Rs 5 crore profit but we reimbursed it to those Buyers who incurred losses. Later, We had saved them by offering five movies produced by us,' reveals PVP.
