HE kissed ME & Made Sexual Advances

Two days after RK Pachauri was promoted to the post of Executive Vice Chairman, A former employee of TERI accused him of making sexual advances with her for over 10 years.
The Victim's Lawyer told that his client has lodged a police complaint against the sexual harassment in February last year but no action has been taken till date.
As per the Victim, RK Pachauri forcibly kissed her on her face in his office room and made verbal/physical advances. He used to call her repeatedly to his office room inspite of not having any work assignments. Because of this reason, She had either skipped some of the meetings or sent her colleagues.
Soon after the Victim joined TERI, RK Pachauri nicknamed her with a sexually suggestive nickname 'XXXX'. He told her this nickname suited her far better.
Pachauri once told the victim that he is working on a novel and asked her to read it before offering to the publisher. The employee was shell shocked when she began reading it as she came across graphic descriptions of sex.
One more woman employee of TERI made similar sexual harassment allegations against RK Pachauri in the past. The trail of this case is currently under progress in Delhi High Court.
