Countdown for new BJP President in Telangana

Central Leadership is keen on nominating the new President of BJP's Telangana unit in March this year.
BJP Floor Leader K Lakshman is the first choice of the party leadership for the top post. He, however, withdraw from the fray citing the health issues of his wife.
Former MLA Yendala Lakshminarayana and MLC N Ramachandra Rao have been in race for BJP President post. Even Party's Spokesperson Krishna Sagar claims he is in the race. Most likely, A BC Leader might get a chance for this term.
G Kishan Reddy who is the incumbent president of BJP informed that Central Leadership will announce the name of new President in March first week.
In October last year, Kishan Reddy's 3rd Term as BJP President ended. He himself is of the view a new face is required to take the party to new heights.
