Radioactive Ink in Rs 2000 Note: Is it a rumour?

Several rumors were in circulation since the launch of new higher denomination currency from November 10th, 2016. Earlier, There were reports of a tracking chip in Rs 2,000 notes. Reserve Bank of India (RBI), however, issued a clarification that there is no such feature in the new notes.
The latest rumour doing rounds on Social Media is the presence of Radioactive ink in the new notes of Rs 500 and Rs 2000 denominations. If these speculations were to be believed, Radioactive Isotope of Phosphorous (P32) consisting of 15 protons and 17 neutrons will used for the new notes. Isotope will help the government agencies trace large quantity of money at a particular location.
As per the rumors, Radioactive ink isn't harmful. However, The point to be noted is the harmful affects of radioactive isotopes on health. If the isotopes can trace large amount of cash at a particular spot, That might even lead to false alarms from ATMs, Banks and Currency Refilling Vehicles. May be, RBI could condemn the rumors any time soon.
