AP Congress chief Raghuveera Reddy responded on the criticism from Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan over the failure of the Main Opposition at Centre in keeping its promise of Special Status to Seemandhra.
Speaking to media, Raghuveera Reddy claimed Congress party has been fighting for Special Status since the past one year. "AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi has already written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking Special Status for AP. AP Congress has taken up 1 crore signature campaign and staged various protests. Pawan Kalyan isn't aware of these facts and hence he made such comments," he told.
On Monday, Pawan Kalyan took to twitter to take a dig at Congress for merely focusing on Lalit Modi issue in an attempt to defame BJP Government and completely ignoring its promise of Special Status to 50 million Seemandhrites.
