No Trust Motion: Rahul's Stand Crucial!
By: Tupaki Desk | 19 Feb 2018 10:50 AM GMTAfter the two days Joint Fact Finding Committee (JFC) Meeting, Pawan Kalyan and Undavalli jointly proposed the idea of moving No Confidence Motion against Modi Government. YS Jaganmohan Reddy quickly announced YSRC would move the motion but his party lacked the necessary strength to ensure a debate & voting happens in Parliament.
The support of 54 MPs is a must for No Confidence Motion. Even if TDP & YCP MPs join hands, The count would be not be more than 23 MPs. In this context, Support of Congress is a must for the motion to pass. AP Congress Leaders claim they have brought the matter to the notice of Rahul Gandhi and the party chief has responded positively.
No Trust Motion is a golden opportunity for Congress Party which had bitten dust after bifurcation. If Rahul Gandhi takes the initiative to bring anti-BJP forces on one platform, Then NDA Government will be under immense pressure. Congress gets an opportunity to build it's image gradually in Andhra Pradesh based on this strategic move.
