The special flight in which Rahul Gandhi was travelling to Hubli in Karnataka from New Delhi for the campaigning of upcoming Assembly Polls developed a technical snag midair. At around 10.45 am, The Aircraft produced a huge sound and tilted heavily to one side.
Rahul Gandhi remained calm and composed throughout the journey, Whereas, Fellow Passengers were really worried about their lives. Rahul's close aides Kailash Vidyarthee, Rampreet, Rahul Gautam and Rahul Ravi were in the aircraft.
Kailash Vidyarthee suspected a conspiracy as this incident happened when the weather is absolutely normal. He wrote a letter to the Karnataka DGP complaining what has happened isn't normal at all. A police complaint has been filed by the Congress Party.
DGCA clarified snag happened during the autopilot mode and the pilot shifted to manual mode for a safe landing. It maintained such autopilot incidents are quite common.
