Rahul Gandhi Gets Spelling Of Surrender Wrong?
By: Tupaki Desk | 22 Jun 2020 6:47 AM GMTRahul Gandhi's attempt to be clever with the words has failed him again. He wanted to mock PM Narender Modi by calling his Surrender Modi. This implied that Modi has surrendered to the Chinese leadership in the border issue. But, instead of writing Surrender, he wrote Surender.
Thus, the tweets read Surender Modi instead of 'Surrender' Modi. This has prompted a social media backlash with netizens trolling Rahul Gandhi badly. Pro-BJP netizens lampooned him for his knowledge of the language and comprehension of the issue involved. Rahul Gandhi's backers too were non plussed by the wrong spelling. Finally, after the day-long trolling came the news that the BJP candres in some far corner of the country had burned North Korean dictator in effigy instead of Chinese supremo Xi Jinping.
Apparantly, the BJP cadres mistook Kim Jong Un of North Korea with Xi Jinping. The Congress took some solace in trolling the ignorant BJP activists. In the final analysis, Rahul's attempt to troll Modi failed badly.
