Speak For 15 Minutes: Modi Challenges Rahul

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched his campaign in the poll bound Karnataka Today. He will addressing 15 rallies in various parts of the Southern state for five days.
Modi claimed he was told that there is a BJP wave in Karnataka even before he landed in the state. Thereafter, He declared it's noot going to be just a wave but a BJP storm and Yeddyurappa will be the next Chief Minister of Karnataka.
Few days ago, Congress President had thrown a challenge that Modi won't be able to stand in front of him if he speaks in Parliament for 15 minutes. In reply, PM challenged Rahul Gandhi to speak for 15 minutes on the achievements of Congress Government in Karnataka without reading from any piece of paper. He gave the choice for Prince to speak in whichever language he want, be it Hindi, English and his Mother Tongue.
