At the time when he is enjoying the record-breaking success, The Actor-turned-Politician received a Phone Call from none other than Rahul Gandhi. Congress Vice President appealed Chiru if he could campaign for the national party in Uttar Pradesh ahead of Assembly Polls.
Sources say, Chiru is in a dilemma whether to campaign for Congress or stay away from active politics for few years. He, however, can't reject the orders from High Command bluntly as his term as Rajya Sabha MP ends only on April 2nd, 2018.
Actually, Megastar thought of acting in more number of films as Congress parties in AP won't gain people's acceptance any time soon. Naga Babu has gone a step ahead and expressed doubts over continuation of Chiru in Congress party which sank without a trace post bifurcation.
