Rahul Gandhi didn't end his attack on Centre by demanding just an apology from RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat for his controversial remark on the Indian Army. He now alleges RSS has been guiding not only PM Narendra Modi but also Union Ministers in framing of NDA Govt Programmes & Policies. 'There is an OSD (Officer of Special Duty) from the RSS in every Ministry. That's how RSS is guiding this Government in policy matters,' asserts the Congress Prince.
Congress President declared Demonetisation was the major disaster Indians had ever witnessed. He alleges neither the Reserve Bank nor Finance Ministry has given the Note Ban idea to PM. 'The order has come from the ideologue of the RSS,' he adds.
Rahul faults the approach of BJP saying job of the political party is to run the political system not capturing the institution. He maintains Congress always believes Institutions belong to people not to the party.
