Controversies weren't new for Maharashtra Navanirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray. Yet again, He made headlines with an act he would face severe criticism from Muslims.
Raj Thackeray celebrated his 48th birthday by cutting a cake which have the photograph of MIM President Asaduddin Owaisi. MNS Leaders and Workers present on the occasion cheered for their leader when he used a knife to break the cake into small pieces.
Waris Pathan, AIMIM Legislator, refused to comment describing it as a silly issue.
MIM focussed on National politics since the past three years. It even won two Assembly seats in Maharashtra Assembly polls 2014.
