Police Case Against Mahesh Kathi?

Will the Cops arrest Kathi Mahesh who kept criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Jana Sena supremo Pawan Kalyan? Should the Film Critic be prepared for the jail term? The recent developments send a same indication.
Recently, Pawan Kalyan found fault with Sekhar Kammula who criticized him for meeting BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi in the best interest of AP. 'Even Director Sekhar Kammula criticized Me. Does these people have the guts to make anti-Modi statements now? Why did they remain silent?,' he questioned.
In counter, Kathi Mahesh described Narendra Modi as a murderer and went on to say whatever he does can't be right just because he is the Prime Minister. 'Does asking you (PK) not to join hands with Modi makes your fan a bad man? It shows the kind of mental condition you have been in currently,' he said.
Goshamal MLA Raja Singh opined it's not right to make baseless allegations against PM for cheap publicity. He asked Hyderabad City Police to book a case against Mahesh Kathi.
In reply to the Tweet, Hyderabad City Police informed that the concerned officials have already focused on the matter.
