Rajahmundry MP Murali Mohan decided to bid adieu to the active politics. Neither this Senior Actor nor any of his Family Members would be contesting in the upcoming elections.
Murali Mohan is known to be the trusted aide of Chandrababu Naidu. Maintaining good relations with the TDP Leadership helped him build a real estate empire. Murali Mohan faced defeat by a margin of around 3,000 votes in 2009 Lok Sabha Polls. He, however, managed to get elected as Rajahmundry MP with the support of Jana Sena and BJP in 2014.
There were speculations that Murali Mohan's Daughter-in-Law will contest from Rajahmundry Lok Sabha Constituency in the upcoming elections. Whereas, Murali Mohan took a crucial decision ahead of the 2019 Polls. He could convey his decision to CM Chandrababu Naidu and Party Leaders in the Parliament Segment during Today's meeting.
