Usually, people have the wrong perception that the films which were selected for screening at Film Festivals willn't be commercially successful and vice versa. However, Ace filmmaker graphical extravaganza SS Rajamouli Eega is gonna change that!
We are already aware that 'Eega' was supposed to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival on May 20th and also at Shanghai International Film Festival which is expected to be conducted between June 15th to 23rd. Meanwhile, Eega will also be screened at the Puchon International Film Festival in Korea.
Now, the breaking news is that Eega received as many as 6 nominations in the Madrid Film Festival. The nominations are for Best Film, Best Special Effects, Best Cinematography, Best Music Composer, Best Editor and Best Supporting Actor.
Rajamouli is going to become world famous for making a brilliant film like 'Eega' which was critically acclaimed and commercially successful too. He is hopeful of venturing into new markets that would help to increase the reach of Indian films and also generate revenues.
