By: Tupaki Desk | 20 Jun 2022 6:02 AM GMTMaverick filmmaker Rajamouli needs no introduction. He assured filmmakers that when content and emotions are connected well, movie lovers across the languages will fall in love with the film. After his magnum opus Bahubali, many filmmakers from the Southern languages made Pan-India films.
His latest outing RRR had set the box office on fire. Besides seeding substantial commercial success, RRR is also winning applause from western countries. Fans, technicians, and writers were also stunned by the SS Rajamouli's directorial RRR. International media is praising RRR to the sky. After ending its theatrical run as one of the highest-earning films of all time, RRR is having a stunning OTT run.
The other day, SS Rajamouli graced the trailer launch event of Aha's Anya's Tutorial, which is dubbed as a cyber horror thriller. RRR director Rajamouli launched the trailer and said he is waiting for the streaming date of the series.
In his speech, SS Rajamouli shared an interesting thing: he is scared to watch horror films alone and he will watch horror films only when his wife Rama Rajamouli is with him. Rajamouli surprised everyone with his opinion on horror films. "I'm terrified to watch horror films alone, so I make sure to sit with my wife while watching horror films," the sensational director said at the event.
As a big surprise, SS Rajamouli said that he is scared of watching horror films, however, he likes two horror films- The Omen and The Paranormal Activity. As Rajamouli did not like Oscar-winning Parasite, movie lovers are showing interest to know what the film has that impressed the director.
Talking about Aha's Anya's Tutorial, the series is a horror-thriller that tells us the story of two sisters who have different opinions on social media. While one sister wants to turn into a social influencer, the other one is not a big fan of social media.
Pallavi Gangireddy helmed the Aha original which stars Regina Cassandra and Nivedhithaa Satish in pivotal roles. Bahubali producers Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni bankrolled the series which is slated for streaming from the 1st of July on Aha.
