Rajasthan Court Proves Jagan's Idea is not a Dream

After the barbaric incident of gang-rape and murder of 26-year-old veterinarian Disha, AP CM Jagan has tabled the Disha Act in the Assembly which states that the guilty in the rape and sexual assault cases are given punishment very soon. The bill was passed in the house unanimously.
Earlier, the Kerala government said they are looking at the Disha Act and trying to implement the same act in their state too. The Act is yet to be approved by the Centre.
Now a court in Rajasthan has given a verdict in a sexual offense case for a culprit with a short period. This news has become a sensation now.
Going into details, a culprit has raped a four-year-old girl in Churu of Rajasthan. The police have nabbed the criminal on the day of the incident itself. The police have submitted the charge sheet on December 7.
A special court has inquired the case. The court has declared Meghval as the culprit in the case and declared life imprisonment within 17 days. Scientific evidence played a key role in this case. This case proves that following Disha Act is not that tough.
