EC Assures Strict Action On Biopics If...!
By: Tupaki Desk | 12 March 2019 12:15 PM GMTA TDP Activist identified as Devibabu Chowdary complained to Election Commission of India in New Delhi against Lakshmi's NTR. A Written Complaint was offered saying showing Chandrababu Naidu in bad light can't be allowed at least until the completion of Assembly and Lok Sabha Polls in AP.
Today, Telangana State Election Commissioner Rajath Kumar told EC will take appropriate action on feature films based on politicians if the content is found to be violating the Model Code Of Conduct. He informed that no such complaints were received by Election Commission so far.
Rajat Kumar mentioned about how EC-appointed Teams have been focusing on the scrutiny of social media campaigns. He told, 'Political Parties will have to submit their login credentials and election expenditure to the Election Commission'.
Does RGV have Plan B to release Lakshmi's NTR before April 11th this year if Election Commission takes the complaint of Devibabu seriously?
