Why Rajini's Daughter went to Court?

Rajinikanth's Daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth was spotted in premises of a Family Court in Chennai Yesterday. When enquired, It is learnt that she had come for the divorce proceedings.
Actually, Soundarya and her husband Ashwin Ramkumar sought divorce from family court by the end of 2016. In the next hearing, The couple were asked to file a joint memo of agreement mentioning about the details of separation. The divorce settlement include alimony if any and whom should hold the custody of their child. Court will grant divorce if it got convinced by the versions quoted by both the parties.
In 2010, Soundarya and Ashwin Ramkumar got married. The couple have a 1-Year-Old Son.
Soundarya turned director with 'Kochadaiiyaan'. She is making her comeback with Dhanush-starrer 'VIP 2'.
