Rajinikanth Targets 5 Lakh People Per District

Rajinikanth decided to offer appropriate representation to the backward sections in his party. He wishes to give priority to Dalits, Minorities and Women in the appointments of office-bearers for Rajini Makkal Mandram.
Reportedly, Superstar set a target of 5 lakh people in each district for the Membership Drive carried out by his Fan Club. Mostly, Youth are taking part in the membership drive in big numbers.
The plan of Thalaivar is to create necessary foundation before the launch of the Political Party. Rajini Makkal Mandram isn't only conducting Membership Drive but also involving in social service. In Thiruppur, Rajini Fans managed to get the support of 2.5 lakh people already and rest of the target will be achieved soon.
If Rajinikanth is able to accomplish the Membership Drive successfully, There will be as many as 1.70 crore members in his Party. What else does he need to form the Government in Tamil Nadu?
