Ram Charan's Airline TruJet 2nd Best in India

Indian Airlines has registered a growth of 18.66 percent in the total number of passengers carried in August 2015 as against the same month last year. About 6.8 million passengers flew in August this year.
IndiGo is leading in the market with 35.3 percent fliers in August. Jet Airways and JetLite combinedly hold 22.8 percent of market share. Air India is ranked 3rd with 16.6 percent. The market share of other airlines - SpiceJet (12.3 percent), GoAir (8.1 percent), AirAsia India (2 percent) and Vistara (1.5 percent).
In case of occupancy of the flights, SpiceJet is leading with 92.1 percent in August followed by TruJet, co-owned by Tollywood star Ram Charan, at 83.7 percent. While Jet Airways stood at 80.8 percent, JetLite managed 78.7 percent. Even though IndiGo holds majority market share, It's aircrafts flew with just 76.8 percent occupancy even below Air India which stood at 79.3 percent.
