The regional airline TruJet, which was started off as Turbo Megha Airways Private Limited back in 2013 with Mega Power Star Ram Charan being the promoter and Chairman had fared well in the past seven years. However, the airlines' company has been grounded recently, citing cash crunch as a reason.

Weeks after announcing the grounding of the airlines, Trujet is now gearing up to restart the operations. The resumption of the operations between the cities will be kick-started from today.

In an official statement, the airlines said that the operations will be resumed from the 23rd of this month. The services will resume between major cities like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Rajahmundry, Nanded, Kolhapur, and Jalgaon.

After announcing that Trujet airlines will be resuming the services, the company expressed its enthusiasm to see the consumers flying in the aircraft.

“Dear Guests, Trujet resumes it's operations from 23rd February on the below routes, Hyderabad - Vijayawada - Hyderabad, Vijayawada - Bengaluru - Vijayawada, Bengaluru - Bidar - Bengaluru, Hyderabad - Rajahmundry - Hyderabad, Hyderabad - Nanded - Hyderabad, Mumbai - Nanded - Mumbai, Mumbai - Kolhapur - Mumbai and Mumbai - Jalgaon - Mumbai. Looking forward to see you all flying with us soon! Regards Trujet,” the airlines' company said in a statement.

However, the flight services are expected to be started with single flights between the fixed routes. If the response is good and more air travelers come in, the number of flights might go up.

Trujet had resumed its operations days after announcing that talks are underway to make sure that the investments are made and the operations can be resumed. Trujet Managing Director V Umesh said that the discussions are going on to find a credible investor.

In an official statement, the Managing director said that the company is aiming to make $25 million in investments to restart the operations.

Trujet had to suspend the operations due to the Covid outbreak. With the cash crunch hitting the airlines, the company had no other option left than to ground the company.

The Company is headquartered in Hyderabad and is based at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad. Pilgrims and Middle-Class travelers are the main target consumers for the airlines' company.
