During the press meet of Lakshmi's NTR, Ram Gopal Varma announced the project titled 'Kamma Rajyam Lo Kadapa Redlu'. He even dared to say, Kammas aren't stepping out because of Reddy domination after election results not due to Summer heat.
Ram Gopal Varma kept receiving threatening calls after announcing the controversial project. He took to his Twitter page to reveals that his phone number has been shared on WhatsApp Groups and threat calls were made using SIM Cards of countries like Lithiviya. 'Those Kammas who issue warning while hiding are like flies (Eegalu) to Me. They should bark like dogs if they have guts,' commented the Filmmaker.
Varma claimed to be falling asleep listening to the warning issued by cowards who lacked the courage to face him directly.
Lakshmi's NTR has at last released in AP after the formation of YCP Government. The impact could have been more had if it released before the April 11th polling.
