TDP MLA Prabhakar Chowdary called Ram Gopal Varma a psycho. He accused the Filmmaker of instigating violence between people belonging to different castes.
Here is how RGV replied: 'Is that true Doctor? Do you hold a degree in psychiatry? Sorry…I assumed you are an illiterate'.
