Ram Madhav In Hyderabad And No One Even Knows

He was once the favourite of everyone, but today Ram Madhav is all but forgotten. The famed poster boy of the BJP has fallen from grace and the party leadership has completely marginalized. When he was dropped from the BJP national executive, many felt that he would be made a Rajya Sabha MP and would be given some key ministerial portfolio.
But, the BjP, it appears, is in no mood to accommodate him. It is not thinking of rehabilitating him anytime soon. His name did not figure in the list of new Rajya Sabha candidates. He now has no responsibility in the party. Some in the BjP feel that Ram Madhav is persona non grata in the BJP because of his larger-than-life image and his individualistic style of functioning. Both Modi and Shah are of the opinion that he is not team player enough and keeps his personal benefit at heart. Meanwhile, sources say that Ram Madhav has approached the RSS on the question of his rehabilitation.
Not many in Hyderabad know that Ram Madhav was in Hyderabad for three days recently. He lodged himself in a swank hotel. There was neither pomp nor glory. Only a handful of diehard supporters and former friends met him. Later he left for Delhi unannounced.
