TTD Board and State Government kept facing a lot of criticism in the recent past regarding the alleged irregularities in the Hill Shrine. Still, A decision to deny darshan for devotees for 9 days in a row citing Maha Samprokshana has been taken. Although TDP Government took an U-turn after the backlash, Trouble for CM Chandrababu Naidu continues to grow.
Former TTD Head Priest Ramana Deekshitulu lambasted TDP Government for resorting to stop darshan of Tirumala Balaji for 9 days. 'Closing the Temple is like distancing Devotees from the Almighty. TDP Chairman Putta Sudhakar Yadav don't have knowledge on Maha Samprokshana. It's unfair to prevent Devotees from entering the Temple. What is the need for conducting Maha Samprokshana with utmost secrecy? I am demanding CBI Probe to stop attempts to loot the treasure of Lord Venkateswara Swamy. At least now, TTD Board and State Government need to respond on allegations made by Me,' he demanded.
Usually, Any Individual or Organisation would try their best to ensure there is no scope for criticism when all isn't well. Whereas, TTD Board seems to be least bothered about either controversies or criticism.
