Rana in, Chaitu out!
By: Tupaki Desk | 13 Oct 2013 5:30 AM GMTNaga Chaitanya was supposed to star in the Telugu remake of Kannada hit 'Charminar'. However, the project has changed hands now and has fallen in the hands of his cousin Rana Daggubati. We don't know what's the actual reason behind the sudden change but only wish all is well between the two actors.
R Chandru who directed the original will be helping the remake too. The film is about a man who's life reusables the four pillars of Charmina - family, love, friendship and himself.
On the other hand, Suresh Productions is planning a multi-starrer in the combination of Venkatesh, Naga Chaitanya and Rana. Since some time, D Ramanaidu is looking out for a suitable script and it will be mostly a remake as Daggubatis doesn't want to take too many risks. Once the script and director gets finalized, the film would go on floors without any delay as all the three actors were eagerly waiting for this rare opportunity.
