Akkineni Nageswara Rao made his acting debut with the film Dharma Patni in the year 1941 (January 11th) at the age of 17. He played the role of a 15-year-old in this movie. ANR did a small role as a child artist in Dharma Patni and the above pic is the posture of the film which released in 12 centres.
Actresses Bhanumathi, Santha Kumari and Hemalatha were the lead star cast of this film. Dharma Patni was directed and produced by P Pullaih.
