Indo-American Lawyers Urges Trump To Seek Compensation From China

Indian origin lawyer Ravi Batra has written to US President Donald Trump and urged that the Coronavirus was created in the Wuhan lab which resulted in thousands of deaths in the US and they should seek compensation from the Dragon Country.
"The unleashing of global death and suffering with the coronavirus, a plague upon all of us, is worse than Pearl Harbor, and given its deception, and later, cover-up, lack any semblance of Honor," Ravi Batra said in his letter.
"On the established rules of law, China is at least guilty of negligence in proximately causing a world pandemic, where nearly two million people have suffered its pain and suffering, and nearly 122,000 souls have lost their lives and left their families damaged and fractured," he added.
Batra went on to say that the current situation should be compared to the 9/11 incident and the compensation should be sought not less than one million dollars for every American citizen who tested positive and 5 million dollars for every American life and one lakh dollars for everyone who was in lockdown.
