Ravi Prakash has reached greater heights as a media honcho and remained on top for years as the CEO of TV9. The dispute with the majority stake holders of ABCL changed his life upside down. Several cases were booked against him by Alandha Media and Cops served notices seeking his appearance before them for questioning. Even attempts have been made to arrest the Ex-Boss of TV9 by tracing his whereabouts.
Ever since raids happened at TV9 Office and his Residence, Ravi Prakash kept alleging that Police has been harassing his family and friends. He even dared to say Cops have been behaving like employees of the My Home Group. This could be why Police have been proceeding legally and allowing Ravi Prakash to use all the available options instead of rushing to take him into custody.
Bail petition moved by Ravi Prakash was rejected by Supreme Court as well. The Apex Court directed High Court to take a decision on Ravi Prakash's bail on June 10th. If the cops trace his whereabouts by now, They will be serving notices 48 hours in advance before taking him into custody. This episode would most likely end on June 10th.
