Ravi Prakash appeared in TV9 Studio to condemn various speculations in circulation about him since morning. 'Several rumours have been in circulation...Ravi Prakash is absconding since two days, Police launched search operation to nab Ravi Prakash, Ravi Prakash forged the signature of a key employee and Ravi Prakash diverted the funds of TV9 to other channel. I wish to thank all the Channels which have offered such scrollings out of concern towards Me. I am Ravi Prakash speaking to you from the studio as the founder-chairman of TV9. I am working from here from the past 15 years. TV9 achieved success with its channels in various languages. Our Channel always believed Journalists must have social responsibility. There was a confusion regarding various speculations in circular. Myself and TV9 Office received plenty of calls ever since the rumours spread. I am here to assure everyone that there is nothing to worry. Better if Channels cross-check the facts before telecasting the news items. People will any how know the truth even if blatant lies have been spread by few media outlets,' he said.

TV9 CEO alleged some people filed a false police complaint against him making use of the pending case with National Company Law Tribunal. He clarified there is no truth in the reports about 'absconding', 'People had seen Me in the TV9 studio day before yesterday. The other day, I had arrived late to the office due to travelling to out of station'.

Ravi Prakash claimed TV9 has been continuing as No.1 for the past 15 years. He went on to say, 'Those channels which telecasted the fake news would have earned credibility had if they weren't influenced by few forces or money. Thanks for their fake news. I wish they will increase their credibility with good news items in future. Nobody arrested Ravi Prakash and no one would be doing so in future'.
