As per media reports, Former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash and Hero Shivaji have sent e-mails to the Cyber Crime Police. While Ravi Prakash sought 10 days time to appear for the questioning in connection with forgery & data theft case, Shivaji appealed for exemption from questioning citing his ill-health.
Cyber Crime Police have been preparing for arresting Ravi Prakash after he failed to present before them for recording his statement until May 15th. High Court discussed the petition moved by Ravi Prakash seeking withdrawal of the case booked against him.
Seems like, Ravi Prakash and Shivaji have been complicating the situation by skipping the questioning. There were even media reports that Shivaji is now contemplating on turning into approver against Ravi Prakash to save himself from further trouble.
Former TV9 CFO Murthy appeared for questioning twice already. Then, Why Ravi Prakash and Shivaji aren't okay with it?
