Reports are abuzz that Srini Raju who holds almost 80 percent stake in TV9 got ready to sell his share in the media house to Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Limited and My Home. Doubts were expressed by public whether or not Ravi Prakash will continue as the CEO of the news channel.
The leading News Channel issued a statement condemning the reports of change in management. It, however, didn't rule out Srini Raju selling his stake to interested parties. Yet, TV9 will continue to be operated under the leadership of Ravi Prakash and he will takeover ABCL with two major international investment funds and local investors.
TV9 clarifies change in investment pattern doesn't hindrance the expansion or growth of its network both in India and Abroad. The media house will thrive relentlessly to maintain leadership position in all the markets.
