The Real estate company DLF is one of the longest-surviving companies in India. The firm was founded back in 1946 and is headquartered in Haryana. The Real Estate Company spread its wings across the nation and it made many valuable contributions to making the infrastructure better.

Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh founded Delhi Land & Finance (DLF Limited) and later his son-in-law Kushal Pal Singh took over the company. Under his leadership, DLF prospered and the 91-year-old Singh shared some interesting anecdotes from his life.

Kushal Pal Singh said that she fell in love with a woman at 91 and also said how she keeps him grounded all the time. Sharing more details, the DLF chairman said that his partner is very charming and he is lucky to have her in his life.

Talking about his new love, Billionaire real estate baron Kushal Pal Singh said that Sheena is one of the best people he met in his life. Calling Sheena an energetic person, Singh said that she always keeps him on his toe and motivates him in his tough time.

"Her name is Sheena. She is now one of the best people in my life. She is very energetic. She keeps me on my toes. She has many wonderful friends across the world, so I go with them. She always motivates me. Whenever I feel down, she pushes me up. She is a substantial part of my life," the DLF Chairman said.

On the occasion, Kushal Pal Singh also spoke about his late wife and how losing a partner will leave a heavy toll on a person. He said that having stayed together for a long time and losing them is not a small thing and he became a lonely man.

Losing a partner with whom we stayed over a six-and-a-half decade will make one depressed and alone. It happened to me too. Mr. Singh said that his wife is just a partner but also a good friend and they had good compatibility. I did my level best to save her. But I could not and lost her to cancer, he added.
