Real Estate going down in Hyderabad ..
By: Tupaki Desk | 30 July 2013 9:54 AM GMT The impact of state bifurcation decision was about to made by UPA with in next few hours and the impact had already started. Of course, the first victim will be the Real estate
As the rumors were buzzing around about bifurcation, there is a dip in the number of property registrations and real estate activity in Greater Hyderabad.
The main reason behind this is all buyers thinking the rates will come down once the state got separated.so no one is showing interest for buying the plots, apartments which is quiet heavier now.The one best example is L.B nagar registrar office used to get daily around 100 registrations per day, and surprisingly from past 3 days they managed to finish with 20 registrations per a day.
The same is happening in other major areas like uppal, meerpet,Kukatpally. So whoever observed the trend concluded that the real boom had lost his identity in Hyderabad.
