Why Suhasini, Why Not Kalyan Ram Or NTR?

The Telangana elections are going to have a massive cascading effect on the neighbouring AP politics. A furious debate is going on in Andhra Pradesh about Chandrababu using NTR family as a sacrificial goat once again. His attempts to use the death of Nandamuri Harikrishna for political purposes is coming in for lot of criticism. Chandrababu has nominated Harikrishna's daughter Nandamuri Suhasini as the party candidate from Kukatpalli with a view to garner sympathy votes.
Many people are asking: Why Suhasini and why not someone like NTR or Kalyan Ram? They reason that Chandrababu preferred Suhasini because she is pliable and can be used like a rubber stamp. Kalyan Ram or NTR might revolt. By nominating Suhasini, he can claim that he is taking care of the NTR family and put NTR and Kalyan Ram on the dock for not campaigning for her. This is typical Chandrababu trademark politics. He eliminates powerful persons from Nandamuri family in some way or the other and promotes weaklings. By doing this, he could promote his son Lokesh.
He wants to ensure that Tharak, who is the only hope for the party, is kept away from politics. But, a strong section in the TDP is planning to support NTR and want him to take over even before Lokesh takes over the reins of the party. As of now, only NTR has the ability to oppose Chandrababu Naidu. He alone can bring the glory back for the Nandamuri family. He alone can take on Chandrababu and Lokesh.
But, is NTR thinking on these lines? He seems to be busy doing films and has no time for taking up a political role.
