Balakrishna Padayatra - Coming Soon!

TDP Leader Nandamuri Balakrishna decided to take up Padayatara from Gollappali reservoir in Penukonda Rural to Hindupur only to create awareness among people over the measures to be taken for addressing the drought situation in the district.
Balayya informed party men that Padayatra will be in April this year. He believes this Padayatra would be used to create awareness about the steps need to be taken for completing the project at the earliest.
Already, Krishna Waters reached Gollapalli Reservoir. Meanwhile, Permissions has been granted for laying 50 km long pipeline from Gollapalli Reservoir to Hindupur with a budget of Rs 250 crore. Rs 160 crore will be sanctioned as First Installment.
No one knows why Balakrishna announced padayatra when the works were happening at a good. The reason behind it seems to be controversy surrounding Balayya's PA Sekhar. With his Padayatra, Balakrishna wishes to convey the message that there is no crisis in Hindupur TDP and it's because of him Rs 250 crore has been sanctioned by Government for the project.
