Reliance Jio - Fastest 4G Network in India: TRAI

As per TRAI Report, Reliance Jio holds the No.1 Position as the Fastest 4G Network in the Country. The average 4G Mobile Download Speed of Jio stood at 16.487 Mbps. While Idea is at 2nd Spot with a 4G Download Speed of 12.092 Mbps, Airtel (10.439 Mbps), Vodafone (7.933 Mbps) and Reliance Communications (2.958 Mbps) managed to be at 3rd, 4th & 5th Positions respectively.
When it comes to 4G Uploads, Idea manages to be on top with an average upload spec of 6.536 Mbps. Vodafone and Airtel managed to be at 5.429 Mbps and 4.455 Mbps respectively. Shockingly, Reliance Jio stood at 4th Position with an Upload Speed of 3.581 Mbps. Whereas, Reliance Communications is at 5th Spot with speed of 1.490 Mbps.
Interestingly, The Upload speed of Idea Cellular showed a sharp decline in February from 7.497 Mbps to 6.536 Mbps. During the same period, The upload speed of Jio increased from 2.208 Mbps to 3.581 Mbps.
Airtel claims it have the Fastest 4G network and promoting it aggressively through Ads. In reality, It's Reliance and Idea who are dominating. After Reliance Jio lodged a complaint against the misleading adverts, ASCI directed Airtel to stop airing the TV Commercials projecting it as No.1 by April 11th.
