Mukesh Ambani brought a revolution in Telecom Industry by offering 4G Services with Reliance Jio for much cheaper prices than other Telecom Operators. And now, He is all set for another revolution!
Launch of Jio Feature Phone with 4G VoLTE Support is likely to be on July 21st during the Annual General Meeting of Reliance Industries Limited. Guess, How much does this mobile costs? It's just Rs 500!
Already, Reliance has placed orders for procuring nearly 20 million hand sets from Chinese manufacturers such as Zhejiang Techain Electronics Technology Co., Shenzhen CHINO-E Communication Co, Crave and Megaphone. This phone is expected to hit the market on August 15th this year. Only Rs 80-90 per month will be collected from Users who have been using Reliance Feature Phone for providing 4G Services.
By April this year, Reliance Jio have 112.55 million subscribers. This figure could only go up after the launch of feature phone and aggressive tariff plans.
