Reliance Jio To Launch Affordable Smartphones!

Weeks after launching the Postpaid Plus service ranging between Rs. 399 to Rs. 1,499, Reliance Jio is reportedly launching a 5G smartphone in the below 5,000 range, which will be available in the market soon.
According to some media reports, Reliance Jio will reduce the price range to Rs 2,500-3,000, once the smartphone sales go up.
Reportedly, the new smartphone was announced by Infocomm Limited to encourage 2G and 3G internet users to shift to 4G internet. The affordable price range of the smartphone is expected to make the sets sell like hotcakes.
However, there is no official information on the launch date of the smartphone. We will get more information on this once the company releases an official statement.
Earlier, Reliance Jio launched 4G smartphones. The users have to pay an amount of Rs 1,500 to ger the Jio phone. The amount is refundable.
