YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder ahead of the 2019 Elections was a huge shock to the Telugu People. The remand report submitted to the First Class Magistrate in Pulivendula by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) disclosed shocking facts.

As per the Remand Reports, YS Viveka was brutally tortured before the murder. Knife Injuries were identified on 7 places on the body of the deceased.

Gangi Reddy, Muli Venkata Krishna Reddy and Eddula Prakash knew who killed YS Viveka and what is the reason behind it. They tried to destroy the evidence at the crime spot to save the murderers. Few more people were involved in the murder and there is need to grill many more witnesses.

On March 15th, YS Viveka's PA Muli Venkata Krishna Reddy went to the house of his Boss at 5.30 am. He read newspapers for half-an-hour as Viveka hasn't come out from the house. Then, He called Viveka's Wife Soubhagyamma to inform that the Boss is still asleep and requested her to wake up by making a phone call. Soubhagyamma was staying with her Daughter due to health issues.

Half-an-hour later, Cook Lakshmi and his Son Prakash reached YS Viveka's Residence. As per the order of Muli Venkata Krishna Reddy, They tried to wake up Viveka but there was no response. After watchman told that backdoor was open, Both Muli Venkata Krishna Reddy and Prakash went inside. They found YS Viveka in a pool of blood in bathroom and informed about it to his wife Soubhagyamma & son-in-law Rajasekhar Reddy.

A Case was filed under Section 302 of IPC based on the injuries on YS Viveka's body. Cops seized the plastic bucket & cloth used to clean the blood stains, hair strands, sindoor stickers, two mobiles with Muli Venkata Krishna Reddy and a letter.

Few more evidences need to found out for identifying the prime accused in the murder case. Bail should be denied for those who destroyed the evidence and helped the murderers escape. Pass an order granting 15 days police custody of the trio.
