Shurpanaka in Parliament: BJP in trouble!

Congress Rajya Sabha MP Renuka Chowdhury moved a privilege motion against Union Minister Kiren Rijiju for placing a Facebook post mocking her laughter after PM Narendra Modi's Ramayan jibe.
When PM was addressing the House on Wednesday, Renuka Chowdhury began laughing loudly all of sudden. Then, Modi commented people got the opportunity to hear such a laughter again after Ramayan serial. He, however, refrained from mentioning to which mythological character he was referring here.
Whereas, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju shared a Facebook post with video clip from the 'Ramayana' series in the 80s. In the footage, The evil sister of Ravana was found cackling loudly.
FB Post of the Union Minister invited the wrath of Congress Party. Renuka Chowdhury moved motion for breach of privilege against Rijiju. Opposition alleges Modi hasn't maintained the dignity of his office. 'Why PM is silent? He should apologise,' demands Congress.
