Renuka buys Bungalow for Rs 435 crore

DLF Chairman KP Singh's Daughter Renuka Talwar spend a bomb to acquire a sprawling bungalow in the Nation's capital.
Reportedly, Renuka purchased a bungalow on Prithviraj Road for Rs 435 crore. Real Estate developer TDI Infracorp MD Kamal Taneja sold out this expensive property.
The entire plot covers 4,925 sq metre. Whereas, The built-up area of the bungalow is around 1,189 sq metre.
As per an estimate, The value of this property is anywhere close to Rs 383 crore. But, Renuka Talwar, who married DLF's non-executive director GS Talwar, spent Rs 8.8 lakh per sq metre amounting to Rs 435 crore to obtain it. This is said to be one of the biggest property deals in Lutyens Delhi.
Already, KP Singh own two luxury bungalows on Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam Road in Lutyens Delhi.
